Premium User Account - Terms & Conditions

This agreement documents the terms of service for premium accounts provided by 123 Giggle to the account holder.

1.  123 Giggle will use its best efforts to maintain, but does not guarantee, the privacy of email, network use, and the details of your account.

2.  This system is in beta testing, and it is possible that your account and/or information could become deleted or changed without notice.

3.  Mail abuse (including, but not limited to, mass mailing unsolicited email and email forgery) whether direct or indirect is prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your account.

5.  Use of 123 Giggle services, including the storage of information, is at the account holder's sole risk. 123 Giggle does not warrant either the results to be obtained from the service or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. 123 Giggle's services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither 123 Giggle nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or delivering 123 Giggle services shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of 123 Giggle, the inability to use 123 Giggle, or any breach of any warranty. The provisions of this paragraph will survive termination of this agreement.

6.  Use of a 123 Giggle account indicates acceptance of the terms of this agreement by the account holder.
